Recipe for Egg Biscuits

  1. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Stir in eggs, lard, and milk. Mix until the ingredients form a smooth dough.
  3. Roll dough out flat to about half an inch thick.
  4. Cut dough using a biscuit cutter.
  5. Spread sweet milk over the top of each biscuit.
  6. Bake.
