Vienna Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- Sift the baking powder and salt with the flour.
- Add the butter, lard and milk.
- Roll out flat on a floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Bake on a greased pan.
