How to Make Rice Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- dash salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- milk
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Boil the rice. Allow it to cool after it has finished cooking.
- Add the yolks of the eggs to the butter and sugar along with enough milk to form a batter.
- Add the baking powder, salt, and whites of the eggs.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan.
- Bake.
