How to Make Lunch Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cake yeast
Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, and butter.
- Stir milk mixture into flour gradually.
- Give the dough a hard kneading, adding sufficient flour to make it soft.
- Cut dough and form into rolls
- Place in buttered biscuit pans, set in a warm place to rise.
- Bake.
