  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, and butter.
  3. Stir milk mixture into flour gradually.
  4. Give the dough a hard kneading, adding sufficient flour to make it soft.
  5. Cut dough and form into rolls
  6. Place in buttered biscuit pans, set in a warm place to rise.
  7. Bake.
