  1. Mix butter and milk.
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in the water. Combine with butter and milk.
  3. Stir in half the flour. Mix until the texture is smooth.
  4. Add the rest of the flour and the salt.
  5. Knead dough thoroughly.
  6. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness and brush with melted butter.
  7. Cut dough with 2 inch biscuit cutter and fold in half.
  8. Allow the rolls to raise for 2 hours.
  9. Bake.
