  1. Melt the suet.
  2. Mix the milk, water, sugar (or molassses), and salt with the suet.
  3. Add the yeast and flour. Mix well.
  4. Cover dough and let rise until it doubles in size.
  5. Mix in the caraway seeds and walnuts.
  6. Divide the dough into two halves. Form each half into a loaf and place them in a greased pan.
  7. Bake.
